This means of the 8,750 aggregate hours your account is alive per year, our guarantee is that your site will be available to the Internet 8,741 of those hours. This means during the year, we don't expect to be down for more than 9 hours. Regular maintenance, replacements of drives and normal downtime are often in minutes or no more than one hour. Should we experience massive equipment failure or sudden denial attacks that are beyond our control, we will work to have the servers back online as quickly as humanly possible. For every day that we go over our .1% outage, we will credit you an equal day of free hosting.
